You are invited to come along to one of our free NDIS Plan Management information sessions being held in Townsville in September.
At these information sessions, NDIS participants and their families can find out more about how plan management works and how it will help you to get the most out of your NDIS funding.
Mercy Community Services provides NDIS Support Coordination and Plan Management Services independent of other supports for people wanting to access NDIS support services, or wanting to find out more about the NDIS, how to navigate the system and getting the most out of your NDIS Plan.

About our NDIS services
Our NDIS Support Coordination and Plan Management Services support NDIS participants to achieve greater independence and control over their lives. We have established multiple sites across Queensland and work with people to facilitate decision making and choice to get the most out of your NDIS plan.
Mercy Community Services demystifies the process of engaging supports and services and takes the hard work out of managing planning and coordinating supports. Our services include plan management, coordination of supports, specialist support coordination and pre-planning. We work with multiple providers, both mainstream and NDIS registered, supporting people to link with and engage appropriate services to ensure you get the most out of your NDIS Plan.
