Mercy Community Services

To support and empower those who are poor, vulnerable, marginalised or in a position of disadvantage

Volunteering

A personal way to help improve the lives of the disadvantaged and vulnerable

Volunteers are a valued part of the Mercy family and they fulfil a vital role in the important work Mercy Community Services (MCS) undertake in the community.

Our volunteers contribute positively to the lives of those with whom we engage, in many and varied ways including:

  • participating at MCS events and in our programs
  • in carer and ‘friendship’ roles in our Aged Care and Disability Services
  • supporting our multicultural community at the Romero Centre.
